I wish I could give this place 10 stars. The saying everything happens for a reason holds true today. The salon I had an appointment with cancelled on me the day I was scheduled for. 2 hours before my appointment. They said they weren’t going to be able to get my hair blonde how I wanted it. I called Moxie and they were able to take me in the same day! Jennifer was absolutely incredible. I’ve never felt more comfortable at a salon before. You can tell she wants her clients to leave happy and takes pride in her work. Miguel did my makeup and it looked better than my makeup did on my wedding day! When they spun me around and showed me the final product I was brought to tears. I felt so beautiful. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for me and how they made me feel. I will be a client for life and will recommended them to everyone!

Cypress dropped me by saying that my payment was received 1 day late. ( No true, electronic sent on July 5& was to be delivered within 5 days). Therefore Faith had to scramble trying to get me coverage..Due to the roof being 16 years old it was extremely hard to get insured... I am a snowbird in SCC & was planning on having the roof replaced this winter ( even though the inspection said it was good for 4-5 more years). Faith never stopped trying to get me coverage & finally succeeded...

Amazing facility; extraordinary asset to my family. I first heard about Arbor Trail (AT) when my father was in Citrus Memorial Hospital at Inverness FL for COVID. He was 87 years old at the time and came extremely close to dying, according to the doctor on duty. He survived, miraculously, and after a month in the hospital, he needed ongoing rehabilitation to build sufficient lung/breathing capacity. AT was highly recommended by a medical professional and he was subsequently admitted there. During his 3 to 4 weeks at AT, through physical therapy, daily medical attention, nutrition oversight, and excellent overall care, he left in better physical and mental health than he'd been at any point during the previous 3-years. More recently, he experienced life-threatening head trauma, suffering two subdural hematoma's, which required several days in critical care at the head trauma center in Ocala. Like before, he needed high quality rehabilitation. I didn't hesitate in arranging a return to AT. After 2-months he was released and is now at an Independent Living facility. He is functioning about as well as an 88 (almost 89) year-old man can. His latest miraculous recovery is directly attributable to the exceptional professional and personal care he received at AT. I am an objective, though often critical, evaluator who places tremendous value on pertinent customer reviews. When I take the time to write one, it is done with utmost honesty and objectivity- for the express purpose of helping the reader make informed decisions, especially concerning the health of loved ones. I have witnessed, first-hand, the exceptional rehabilitation services provided by Arbor Trail. I highly recommend their services. G. M.

My husband and I were nervous initially when I realized I needed to go to rehab, but all of the staff are friendly and everyone greets you, which makes you feel welcome. The food is good. Residents are all nice and seem happy. The staff and providers recognized my pain thresholds and adjusted my medications as needed to keep me comfortable. I progressed quicker than I thought I would, which I believe is a result of the therapy and care received. I am glad I was able to come to Raleigh Rehabilitation Center and if I ever needed the services again I would not hesitate to return. Great job to everyone there!

My cousin, James Campfield has been a patient at Northdale Rehabilitation for two months and his care has been excellent. His sister, Anne, has been with him everyday. James got a roommate about one month ago, and according to Anne, the roommate's family, headed by Jeanna, was very rude to the staff. I came to Tampa the last week of June 2022, and am here again to visit my cousin for a week. I stay all day and have had ample opportunity to meet the staff and observe the rehab program and level of care give to patients. I give an A+ to every aspect of Northdale, especially to the CNA, Daisy Ortiz. James has thrived under her expert and compassionate care. James's sister, Anne, was very upset when the roommate's family, who complained loudly about everything, forbid Daisy to enter the room. Anne expressed her concern to the management that James was deprived of Daisy's excellent care just because the roommate's family did not like her. Finally, when the roommate left the facility, Daisy was allowed to take care of James again, and I have seen him flourish since late June. I was very happy to see Daisy. According to James, himself, " Daisy is unfailingly kind and attentive." James was incensed when he read Jeanna's remarks about Daisy. Anne, James and I believe Daisy deserves an apology, and we are happy to vouch for her competence and kindness.

She was admitted quickly and Jamie, the Business Office Manager was a true caregiver in her ability to assist with all things financial, making recommendations and following up. The staff from the social worker to the nurses and nurses aids were always trying to find ways to make her comfortable and safe. She was only at the facility for 5 months but we are very happy that Atlantic Shores was able to take good care of her along with the loving and caring nurses from Vitas Hospice.

We called MarbleLife first to get an estimate: they were on time, very thorough with measuring the space, gave us various options (i.e., staining, sealing, or just cleaning) and gave us pricing for each. They explained the process. We live in a condo community, so we have to ensure that we don't get the units below us dirty and/or wet), so they explained that they would put a barrier. They immediately provided their insurance. We called 2 other companies and one eyeballed the space (didn't measure) and quoted us a price MUCH higher than what MarbleLife quoted us, and we're still waiting on their insurance. Another company came out, and we're still waiting on a quote. Meanwhile, MarbleLife finished the job a week ago and it came out INCREDIBLE! The team is VERY thorough and respectful of the space. They were literally there from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. until it was done perfectly. They will not leave until you're pleased with the work. Don't waste your time with other companies - you'll be so glad to use MarbleLife. They know their craft and it shows!

Granite horrors turned MAGICAL: We had a poor installation of two beautiful pieces of granite that we had waited half of our lifetime to FINALLY get. >5k later, the installers left a large area with unpolished scratch marks, and very visible wide seams that you could see from across the room. The contractor offered to "fix" it....That was NOT happening! You can imagine the anxiety I had when trying to "FIX" what the installers had done. WHO CAN I TRUST? I was terrified to trust anyone. Greg, from Marblelife Houston West, was the first to answer my call for help. He came by THAT MORNING before his other appointments and spent a good hour patiently listening to my husband and I , surveying the damage, answering all of our questions, telling us what needed to be done to fix it, and then making an appointment. He scheduled an appointment at our convenience and then texted me back letting me know that Caleb would be our technician. He said it would take about 3-4 hours to fix. Caleb arrived as scheduled and worked for 6 hours perfecting his craft and making our granite look like new. The seams which were highly visible from across the room, are noticeable only from up close, but you can no longer feel them!! They are smooth and polished like the rest of the granite. Caleb did an outstanding job. I stayed in the back the entire time because I was too afraid to watch! I tell you what, seeing how great they look now, I wish I'd watched the entire process! I feel like he brought our granite to LIFE! They are gorgeous and everything I imagined they would be and have wanted for a very long time and worked very hard to pay for! Raleigh Rehab is an amazing place to be if you need rehabilitation. Everyone is extremely caring and kind. The nurses and CNAs are really attentive to my needs and they individualize my care. The therapists are the best around, they get you where you need to go and are very motivating. I am so pleased with my progress as I came in not being able to bear any weight and now I am learning to walk with a cane. The activities program really caters to everyone that comes here from learning how to arrange flowers, to playing bingo and eating meals in the dining room. Everyone has fun at any level and no one is excluded. They support and encourage socialization, which has been really important in my healing.
